त्यतिन्जेल मुलुकको समृद्धि र राजनीतिक स्थिरताका लागि राजदरबार वाधक रहेको ठानिने गथ्र्याे । त्यही ठानेर नै नेपाल कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी (नेकपा)मा सामेल एमाले र माओवादी केन्द्रको संयुक्त घोषणापत्रमा तीव्र विकास र राजनीतिक स्थायित्वको नारा अघि सारियो । ‘समृद्ध नेपाल : सुखी नेपाली’ भन्ने उनीहरूको नारा अनुमोदन गर्दै जनताले दुई तिहाइ निकटको अपार बहुमत पनि दिए । तर, नेतृत्वले चुनावमा गरेको वाचा पूरा गर्नु त कहाँ हो कहाँ हठात संसद् भंग गरी नेपाली जनताको सात दशक लामो आन्दोलन र बलिदानबाट प्राप्त संविधानलाई नै संकटमा पारिदियो ।
गणतन्त्र आएपछि सबै प्रकारका संकटबाट मुक्ति पाइने जनताको आशा तुहियो । सत्ताधारीको काम र विपक्षीको मौनले जनतामात्र होइन तिनैका कार्यकर्ता समेत वाक्कदिक्क छन् ।
यतिबेला सरकार र सडक आन्दोलन दुवै मोर्चामा नेकपा रहेको छ । प्रतिगमन सच्याउन तेस्रो जनआन्दोलनको आवश्कता छ भन्नेहरुलाई धेरैको प्रश्न छ । अब पनि केका लागि आन्दोलन ? र कसका विरुद्धमा आन्दोलन ?
नेपालले राजनीतिक आन्दोलनबाट कहिले मुक्ति पाउने हो ? विकास निर्माण र आर्थिक उन्नतिको युग कहिले सुरु होला ? आन्दोलनको प्रतिफल जनताले पनि पाउने कि नेतृत्वले मात्र ? यस प्रश्न उत्तर नेतृत्वले दिन सकिरहेको छैन ।
आधुनिक नेपालको इतिहासमात्र हेर्ने हो भने पनि आठ दशकको अवधिमा २००७ यता पटकपटक आन्दोलनबाट राजनीतिक व्यवस्था बदलिए तर देशले स्थायित्व पाउन सकेन । आन्दोलनमा बलिदान दिने जनताले बदलामा के पाए ?
